Event Frequently Asked Questions


How much do you charge for events?

Beginning January 1, 2024, we will charge $350 for the entire day. We do not rent partial days.

What times can I access the building?

We guarantee you access to the venue by 10 am, depending on our schedule. We ask that festivities wrap up by midnight to be considerate of our neighbors.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes, but please drink responsibly!

Are tablecloths supplied?

No, we do not supply any decorations or party supplies aside from those listed in our contract equipment list.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, money order, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and Venmo. There is a drop box inside our front door for physical forms of payment.

What are we responsible for cleaning up?

We ask that you clean up any spills, remove all decorations, and take the trash to the dumpster before departing. Please pop balloons before putting them in the trash.

Is your building ADA accessible?

Yes, we have an alternate entrance with a ramp and an accessible restroom.

Is there a kitchen available?

Not at this time. We do have a utility sink for cleaning larger items, however.

What if I need to cancel or if there’s bad weather?

If you need to cancel within 30 days of your event, you forfeit your deposit. If there is an emergency or the roads are impassible, we will work with you to reschedule.
